For RiverFest 2012, we will limit food vendors to no more than 2 selling the same menu items. This will be done on a first come, first served basis. Please submit your menu with your application. Incomplete applications will be returned.

Please print clearly. If we can't read the information on your application, it will be discarded. Please follow directions for submission of your appliction.
